AI & INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION

Adopt AI for a reason, not because
everyone is talking about it..

AI can help employees find information, assist with routine decisions and reduce repetitive work. It can also create risks if connected to the wrong data, given too much access or introduced without clear ownership. The useful question is not “How do we use AI?” It is “Which business problem is worth solving, and what would a safe, measurable improvement look like?”

Skeletos helps identify practical AI opportunities, connect AI to relevant business information and design automation around real workflows. We begin with a defined use case and expand only when results, controls and operational readiness support it.

AI & Intelligent Automation

Knowledge assistants using RAG

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) allows an AI assistant to retrieve relevant information from an approved knowledge source before responding. This can help employees find internal policies, process guidance and other business information without searching through multiple documents or asking the same questions repeatedly.

AI inside business applications

Bring AI assistance closer to the workflow where it is needed, subject to data availability, permissions and integration requirements. The experience should be useful and consistent with how the business manages information.

Intelligent workflow automation

Identify repetitive processes where rules, structured data and clear approval paths make automation appropriate. AI may support selected steps, while defined controls and human review remain in place where needed.

Agentic AI planning

For workflows that may eventually allow AI agents to take actions, first define permitted tasks, system access, approval points, audit trails, exception handling and rollback options. Move from assistance to action in stages, not in one uncontrolled leap.

Our principles for practical AI

  • Start with one business problem and a measurable outcome.
  • Use approved data and respect access permissions.
  • Keep people involved where decisions carry business, financial or security consequences.
  • Test accuracy, exceptions and failure behaviour before wider deployment.
  • Monitor usage and results, then improve based on evidence.

OfficeSIA and SIA

OfficeSIA is Skeletos’ HRMS product. SIA stands for Smart Intelligent Assistance. Its RAG-oriented direction is to help employees and HR teams ask natural-language questions about HR policies, leave information and internal processes using relevant, approved information. Broader agentic workflows should be described as a phased direction unless a specific task-completion capability has been confirmed as live.

Bring us a process you would like to improve. We will help assess whether AI, automation or a simpler change is the right answer.
